Reversível Armchair

Martin Eisler

Born in Vienna in 1913, Martin Eisler emigrated to Buenos Aires in 1938 and was highly successful in both Argentina and Brazil. Among his most famous pieces are the Reversível and Costela lounge chairs. The Reversível is a renowned piece of Carioca design, marked by simplicity, movement and casual elegance. Its metal base and distinctive curved cushioning provide dual comfort with two possible seating positions: sitting in the chair with the back upright or relaxing in a semi-reclining position parallel to the backrest. This re-edition is available in a variety of fabric coverings.
