We have been working locally and abroad for an international clientele for well over a decade. We assist clients looking to move to Berlin and offer design services to clients around the globe interested in our aesthetic.
We offer turnkey services to individuals and families relocating to Berlin. This includes pre-acquisition guidance, assistance during property viewings, and clear budgetary assessments based on our understanding of the local market. We support our clients in communicating with municipalities, obtaining the necessary permits, and navigating the full process from tender and commissioning to construction. Through our trusted local warehouse partner, we also coordinate moves and provide white-glove delivery of both new and existing furniture.
Our experience with remote projects long predates the pandemic. For years, we have successfully collaborated with clients at a distance, sharing designs through virtual meetings, screen-based presentations, and real-time rendering software that allows clients to walk through spaces digitally. This workflow enables efficient, well-informed decision-making regardless of location.
Though based in Berlin, we are particularly equipped to support clients undertaking work in Germany’s major metropolitan regions — Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart — as well as their surrounding residential areas. We have refined a process that allows us to manage complex renovations and interior transformations across the country with the same level of care and detail as our local projects.
We also take on international commissions. Over the years, we have worked closely with local architects, engineers, and contractors on residential and commercial projects abroad. As architects, we communicate effectively through drawings, plans, and precise documentation, ensuring clarity across languages and disciplines.
While site visits remain an important part of our process, modern communication tools allow for video walk-throughs, real-time participation in construction meetings, and continuous coordination with on-site teams.
