We approach every project with a highly individualised process depending on our clients’ priorities.

As a small firm both of our principals personally oversee major aspects of each project and are the primary point of contact for our clients. While Paul Tinnappel is the creative lead, Benjamin Metz monitors and controls budgets and timelines.

Initially, frequent meetings and thorough consultations help us understand expectations and build rapport as preparation for an often very personal endeavour. We align with our clients through sharing early designs and visual references to define aspirations. We engage in projects for people who share our enthusiasm for clean and precise yet rich and nuanced spaces. People who value materiality and craftsmanship in everyday environments and who are equally excited to be involved in the process.

We embark on an aesthetic journey, visiting a myriad of references and transforming inspirations into customised proposals. At our showroom, we offer a comprehensive experience that allows our clients to understand the quality and haptics of different materials, fabrics and hardware. We always work with a wide selection of samples unique to each project to help encapsulate our vision.

Concurrently, we engage in a thorough analysis of regulations and functional demands, as well as timelines and the budgetary framework.

During regular presentations, be it virtual or in person, we guide our clients through the design progress, updated cost estimates and schedules. We make sure decisions can be made comfortably from a well-informed position. We employ 3D mockups and real-time rendering software to present a realistic image of our proposals to our clients and more technical CAD drawings to discuss details with contractors and suppliers. Budgets and timelines are constantly revised in transparent and comprehensible spreadsheets.

Whether it’s communicating with contractors and suppliers, helping supervise the construction phase, or ensuring that expectations and budgets are met, we accompany and consult our clients throughout the entirety of the build. We help coordinate and supervise construction, drawing on external expertise from our tried and trusted network of planners and engineers when needed. We manage all involved parties to ensure all services run through us and aesthetic principles are upheld. An open and transparent dialogue with our clients ensures we remain their trusted partner along the way.

Once construction is complete, we offer white-glove installation of all furnishings and fixtures. For international clients, we also provide turnkey services to make the process as effortless as possible.
