We have been working locally and abroad for an international clientele for well over a decade. We assist clients looking to move to Berlin and offer design services to clients around the globe interested in our aesthetic.
Germany
We work throughout Germany, supporting clients in Berlin as well as in the country’s major metropolitan regions, including Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and Stuttgart, alongside their surrounding residential areas.
Our familiarity with german planning authorities, approval processes, and construction standards enables us to manage complex projects efficiently and reliably. We guide clients from early feasibility and pre-acquisition advice through property viewings, budget assessments, permitting, tendering, commissioning, and construction.
For clients relocating to Germany, we offer a comprehensive, turnkey service. This includes strategic guidance prior to purchase, clear cost evaluations based on local market knowledge, coordination with municipalities, and full project oversight. Through our trusted local warehouse and logistics partners, we also organise relocations and provide white-glove delivery of both new and existing furniture.
Whether nearby or at a distance, our approach remains hands-on, precise, and deeply involved at every stage.
Europe & Worldwide
Alongside our work in Germany, we realise projects across Europe and internationally. Our experience with remote collaboration long predates the pandemic. For years, we have successfully worked with clients from afar, using virtual meetings, screen-based presentations, and real-time rendering tools that allow clients to move through spaces digitally and make informed decisions with confidence.
For international commissions, we collaborate closely with local architects, engineers, and contractors. As architects, we communicate through clear drawings, plans, and precise documentation—ensuring consistency and clarity across languages, disciplines, and time zones.
While site visits remain an important part of our process, modern communication tools enable video walk-throughs, real-time participation in construction meetings, and continuous coordination with on-site teams. Distance does not reduce involvement; it requires structure, trust, and a refined workflow—qualities we have established over years of international practice.
